Introduction

4. You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a current employee or officer of the Company or any of its affiliated entities.

6. You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from the Platform for any reason, including breach of these Terms.

Account Registration

When registering an Account on maha168, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information as required by the registration form, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You must promptly update any information that changes following registration.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the Platform. The opening of duplicate, secondary, or multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate Accounts identified by the Company will be closed, any pending withdrawals may be forfeited, and all bonus claims from such Accounts will be voided.

You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must keep your username and password strictly confidential and must not share your login credentials with any third party. Maha168 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.

Deposits & Withdrawals

Maha168 processes all transactions in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). The following payment methods are currently supported on the Platform: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, DuitNow, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ (cash deposit), and USDT TRC20 (cryptocurrency).

All deposits must originate from a payment account or instrument registered in your own name. Deposits made from payment instruments belonging to a third party — including family members — are not permitted and may result in the suspension of your Account pending investigation.

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the specific requirements of that payment method. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are processed in USDT at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of processing. The Company reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal request.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the maha168 Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to that product, as displayed within the relevant game interface or sportsbook section. In the event of any conflict between a specific game rule and these Terms, the specific game rule shall prevail.

By placing a wager, you acknowledge and accept that:

• All decisions made by the Company regarding the settlement of wagers are final, subject to the dispute resolution process described in the applicable game or sports rules.
• Technical malfunctions or connectivity interruptions during a live game session are governed by the relevant game provider's technical failure policy. The Company accepts no liability for losses arising from factors outside the Company's reasonable control, including internet connectivity failures on the User's side.
• Sports betting odds on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, and other markets are set by the Company's trading team and are subject to change up to the moment a wager is confirmed. The odds shown at confirmation time are final for that wager.
• Live betting ("in-play") wagers are accepted at the Company's discretion. The Company reserves the right to suspend in-play betting on any market at any time without notice.
• The maximum permitted win per bet, per day, or per event is subject to limits communicated within the relevant betting interface. The Company reserves the right to apply individual account-level stake restrictions where warranted.

Key general conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

1. Bonus offers are available to eligible registered users only. The Company reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
2. All Bonus Funds are subject to a stated wagering requirement, which must be met in full before Bonus Funds or derived winnings are eligible for withdrawal.

4. Welcome bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible user, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.

6. Identity Verification (KYC)

Maha168 is obligated to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all registered users as a condition of processing withdrawals and maintaining account integrity. By creating an Account, you agree to cooperate fully with the Company's KYC process and to provide all documentation requested within a reasonable time.

Standard KYC documentation required may include:

• Allowing or facilitating access to your Account by any third party, including to persons who have self-excluded or who are below the minimum age of 21.

Intellectual Property

All content on the maha168 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the property of the Company or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. Limitation of Liability

The Company's total aggregate liability to you for any direct loss or damage arising in connection with your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total net deposits made to your Account during the twelve months immediately preceding the date of the claim; or (b) RM500.

The Company does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. You are responsible for configuring your own technology to access the Platform and for using appropriate virus protection software.

Account Suspension & Closure

The Company reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach or suspected breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Evidence or reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other prohibited conduct.
• Requests from law enforcement, regulatory authorities, or payment processors.

Where a voluntary closure is requested, any real money Account Balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification and any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonus balances.

Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the Company's jurisdiction of incorporation. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any such dispute.
